I woke up at about 10AM.
Goodmorning stretches!
I made pancakes! First I decided that I needed to figure out a way to tell the difference between my gluten and dairy free pancakes and the kids pancakes. Bubby asked for chocolate chip pancakes, and sissy asked for blueberry.
Then I decided the kids would think it's fun to have colorful pancakes!
Pink for blueberry, green for chocolate chip!
And, mommy's plain old gluten and dairy free ones :)
Of course, I can't start my day without coffee. Unfortunately, I've switched to decaf, to try and help 7's tummy.
And I can't have a cup of coffee without my Coffee Mate and sugar!
Then it's off to the bathroom to break up a fight between the two older boys. See, they each have their own soap dispenser, and Nicky used Bubby's.
Ugh.
I did, however, decide that was a good time to clean the bathroom. It was pretty gross what with 4 males in the house.
Then I decided I needed to vacuum the floor. The dog is shedding and the kids have been cutting out paper to keep themselves occupied.
But first, I have to tape up the cord where Sissy vacuumed the other day... and ran it over.
Well, Tommy pooped.... on the floor. Dangit, I didn't get his diaper on him in time. SO in the shower for him.
Oh, while I'm in the bathroom, I need to wash my nursing pads (I wash them by hand).
Then I put them in their mesh bag to run them through the dryer only to find......
dangit.
Time for num nums!
And a happy baby follows!
OK, Tommy cleaned and diapered, nursing pads in the dryer, and now....
vacuum cord taped up.
Time for diaper laundry!
You can tell I have an old washer- it still has an agitator!!!
I was looking at new washers at Lowe's the other day and all of the top loaders have been changed to the agitator-less.
OK floor has been vacuumed.
Now, time for dishes.
Dishwasher full.
Ah... all clean!
Changed diaper, and happy baby again!
Welp, time to add my stuff to the rinse cycle!
Step over Apollo to get in and out of the laundry room.
Time to pump!
WAIT!!!
Can't pump....
Both babies want to nurse.
Diapers dry, time to fold and put away!
Clean diaper on Tommy, and he's off to nap!
While I clean the carpet!
AAhhhh... much better :)
Haven't cleaned the whole carpet in months!!
Hi Apollo! You already had your breakfast, get out of the pantry!
(and yes... the door latch there is at the standard height... and his head is above it.)
While the battery in my camera was charging I baked some gluten and dairy free Bialy bread.
(I think I spelled that right.. might be Baily..will have to double check my cookbook.)
I also used my meat grinder (thank you honey!) to grind up some deer steaks into deer burgers!
I also shredded some potatoes and made hashbrowns, and sliced an onion and fried it up. YUM!
Getting beans soaked for dinner tomorrow night.
Daddy getting ready to leave for work.
Apollo, you'll have to move so daddy can get out the door, hun.
Bye, Daddy! I love you and will miss you while you are at work!
Time for 7 to nurse again, and mommy to get off her feet! That carpet cleaning did a number on my back!!!
Time for some blogging!
Gotta go turn the sprinkler off on my garden.
I can't wait til the roots get established and I can start using my pipeline system! Another week I'd say!
Mmmmm peppers!
Kale!
Let's see there's a row of corn, and a square patch of brussel sprouts and broccoli.
Broccoli and tomatoes.
A pumpkin in the very far corner.
Bellpeppers, squash, and tomatoes.
Zucchini, and tomatoes.
Potted herbs- Aloe, rosemary, basil, oregano, sage, and mesculin in the deck box.
Thyme, Pineapple Sage, and another kind of sage I'd have to look at the tag LOL
Time for some cafemom!
Nursed 7 to sleep :)
Cleared off my sewing table- finally!
And, time to get to work, now that all the kids are asleep!
At 3AM I finally crashed.
And that is a day in the life of 7under1roof :)
